4 easy miles this morning around 7:44/mi average. Legs were just tired this morning but that is understandable after yesterdays workouts. No pains just tired.

Glad to hear your legs are healthy. It sounds like you are doing all sorts of exercise with running, crossfit, and hockey. You should have tired legs. :)
