CrossFit Workout it was a tough one today!! Worked really hard and even had some running involved.

I wouldn't say I'm ripped but I'm definitely stronger. The biggest difference is in my biceps, some of my short sleeve shirts are a little tighter. I have also drastically cut my soda intake which has helped the weight. I will be starting marathon training only 2-4 lbs heavier than last years racing weight. Hopefully I can get down below 170 to race Boston. Sign up is Friday for me.
Are u going to try and register? Or just come spectate & hang with me for a few days after, no kids.

I've decided not to go to Boston this next year. Instead I'm hopefully going to get another sub 3 in Phoenix, if I can stay healthy, and then do Boston in 2016. I'll be tracking you all the way on the computer though. You are going to have a blast. Boston is so much fun.
