strength was 5 sets of 5 Bench Press: 3 @ 95 lbs, 2 @ 115 lbs
WOD for Time:
800 meter run (2:42)
30 clean & jerks at 95 lbs
400 meter run
Total Time was 10:10

Another great workout. This past Saturday was the High School fundraiser 5k. It was a lot of fun to run out on the golf course as usual. David beat Dan this year. I got 4th. Not sure who the guy who got 3rd was.

I saw some things on Facebook about the race. Sure looked like fun. Did you see the Boston cut off time was 1 minute 2 seconds this year for runners not getting into the field. That is under their qualifying standard time.
