4 miles over my lunch my hour at 7:32/mi. Legs were a little sore after Saturday's long run nothing bad just tightness.
Ran 2 mile warm up then ran 4x400 at 1:14-1:16 which is approximately 5 minute mile pace.
Four easy miles at 7:55 average pace
