McCulloch Out & Back: 6 miles @ 7:11/mi overall average.
First mile was 8:18 so I picked it up from there and felt great overall! Trying to get faster so Monday's as of lately are sort of my Tempo Run days.

Yes, signed up to run the Phoenix Marathon again next spring. Hopefully we both can make it to the line without major shin splint issues!!!
Burt, I don't know if Rhett is cool or crazy! Either way we are training together so hopefully we'll both be running faster over the next year injury free.
Other races on the agenda are Gaspin in the Aspen 15K in June (Flagstaff) starting at 8,000 ft and climbing. Fun Run!
