| | Ran with my cousin inlaw & neighbor this morning before work. I think my body is finally getting acclimated to the time zone change. The morning temps are amazing here in Olathe Kansas right now!! Second morning in a row & felt a little tight from yesterday but great to get out!

| | This weeks worth of running has been going pretty good. This morning's run I averaged 7:15 per mile & it felt easy. This week has also been very interesting on the wildlife sightings during my AM runs. Today, around the mile marker a raccoon crossed road in front of me. This week has been pretty crazy so hopefully I'll get some time to write this weekend about everything.

| | Met up with John & ran 8 miles via a trail system near our new house. Saw some deer and got 7 miles in before the rain started. That last mile was pretty wet & it definitely is not flat in Kansas.

| | Ran 4 horrible miles this morning! Very slow and over the weekend I caught a head cold in which required me to stop twice to blow my nose since the snot rockets just weren't working good enough then had to hit the can as soon as I got back because my stomach wasn't feeling very good!
All in all the only thing I can say is at least I got 4 miles in!
