So far this week was pretty rough with a little extra traveling squeezed into the schedule from Sunday to Monday at midnight so my running has taken a little hit this week. This morning I hit the treadmill for a quick little 2 miles while the wife was out on a 22 mile bike ride with friends before work. She has started training for a Tri in Septemeber so we've been switching off morning workouts a little more frequently. This may not have been the greatest run but I did slowly ramp the speed up and hit 10 mph for the last 400 to wrap up the run the did 100 crunches, some push ups & back raises. |
