30 minutes- Cardio Strength Workout

Hip flexures were definitely feeling it after yesterdays trail run.

Really sore this morning from the total body strength workout yesterday. My body was not wanting to go very fast at all. This was one of my slowest runs in quite a long time!

Legs felt a lot better today and the average per mile was drastically faster today then Monday, 7:29/mi today. I actually made it out the door at a descent time so I even managed sit-ups and back raises after my run.

Not sure what the overall time of this run was do to some watch issues throughout the run. I'm guessing it was somewhere around 1:17:00 based on the Rhett's final time and distance. We  brought along a camera this week and will try to upload a picture or two of rugged scenery on this trail out at SARA Park.

I also did 30 minutes of Yoga when both boys took a nap which really loosened my legs up.
